Dear Friends,
Performance painter David Garibaldi will be in Stockton for a one-night show at the Bob Hope Theatre on Saturday, January 28th to benefit the Stockton Animal Protection League (APL), Haggin Museum, and the Stockton Symphony.

Garibaldi is a world-renowned performance painter. His show “Rhythm and Hue” is a music and color experience. Large portraits of pop icons explode together on stage in minutes to music. Paint, sound, and entertainment collide for an entertaining show that brings people to their feet.

Guests will have an unforgettable evening, while supporting three of our community’s storied nonprofit organizations! The partnership between the Stockton Animal Protection League, Haggin Museum, and the Stockton Symphony is a natural fit of bringing the community together to improve our quality of life.
We would like to invite you to become an event sponsor. Opportunities include event tickets and community visibility while supporting three incredible local nonprofit organizations. We hope these sponsorship levels will provide a useful tool for you to participate from your cause marketing budget or your philanthropic giving.

ENHANCING OUR QUALITY OF LIFE

The partnership between the Stockton Animal Protection League, Haggin Museum, and the Stockton Symphony is a natural fit of bringing the community together to improve our quality of life.

The presence of arts & culture is linked to increased neighborhood livability, community identity, and social wellbeing. Research ties the benefits of arts participation to the informal education and empowerment of the community, and to a sense of pride and community ownership.

Interacting with dogs can boost your production of
“happy hormones” such as oxytocin, serotonin and dopamine.
This can lead to a greater sense of wellbeing and help
lower levels of the stress hormone cortisol.

Students who attend a field trip to an art museum
demonstrate improved critical thinking skills, historical
empathy and tolerance.

Active musical engagement was associated with higher rates of happiness and good cognitive function.

In an independent study on sponsorship of the arts conducted by Performance Research, the world leader in consumer based sponsorship, the following results were found:
56% of respondents said they would almost always or frequently buy a product or support a company sponsoring an arts/cultural event over one that does not.
48% of Americans with an interest in Art and Cultural events indicated that they hold a “Higher” trust in companies that sponsor these events compared to those who do not.
