  • Adopters must be at least 18 years old and present valid photo ID w/ proof of address.
  • We encourage all household members to meet the new cat.
  • If you have a pet and want to adopt another, please bring your resident pet.
  • While we make every effort to work with you to address your concerns or find the most appropriate companion animal, we do reserve the right to refuse an adoption.

The Stockton Animal Shelter is seeking adopters who have warm and safe outdoor housing that can provide feral cats with a chance at life. Though they are not suitable as indoor companions, they are low maintenance outdoor cats that are a low-cost and efficient pest control.
